Charles Fox Parham, well deserves the name 'Father of the Pentecostal Movement.' He wrote this fascinating book in 1902 revealing many of the spiritual truths that undergirded his miraculous ministry. He was a powerful healing evangelist and the founder of of a home for healing where God poured out His Spirit in an unprecedented way in 1901. Parham continued to see extraordinary visitations of power through his ministry, particularly at Galena, Texas in 1903, when the blind, lame, deaf and all manner of diseases were marvellously healed and great numbers saved.

Thereafter he began the Houston Bible School from where William J. Seymour graduated and later was instrumental in birthing the Azusa Street revival.

The contents of this book are obviously key to those who want to research the truths that motivated such an amazing ministry - but not everyone will subscribe to what some may see as Parham's fanciful interpretations. We do not judge him for these issues but hold him in high esteem as a pioneer in the realm of the Holy Spirit.
