Its aftermath generated the unprecedented and exponential growth of the Pentecostal-Charismatic movement which now numbers over 550 million members across the world.

Preaching salvation, healing and deliverance, scores of ministers established independent evangelistic associations with remarkable success. They filled gigantic tents and the largest auditoriums across America and around the world.

Principal leaders

The principal leaders were William Branham, Oral Roberts, A. A. Allen, Jack Coe, W. V. Grant, Raymond T. Richey, T. L. Osborn, and a host of lesser-known preachers. Gordon Lindsay was the catalyst and chronicler of the revival and the Voice of Healing magazine was birthed from his editorial passion.
